Conferred the certified ON THE JOB TRAINING CENTRE status under the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Singapore

On 1st July 2019, PEAK Engineering & Consultancy Pte Ltd has been accredited with the status of Certified OJT Centre by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Singapore. The COJTC status reflects the high skill level of our senor employees and commitment that our organization have, in the career development of our new and existing employees. We strife to provide our employees with continual training in specific skillsets and trainees who have successfully completed their OJT will be awarded the OJT Certificates which carry the hallmark of good OJT practices.

OJT are job specific to meet organisational needs of companies. Accreditation of Certified OJT Centre for delivering such OJT will reflect the skill level of our companies’ standard. As some skills are transferable among companies nationally and internationally within the same industry, OJT Certificates are valued by employees and customers, as they bear the COJTC hallmark.

Employees who have cumulated at least 60 hours of structured OJT conducted by companies which are certified as COJTC can apply for certain ITE part-time Nitec Mechanical-based programmes, e.g. Mechanical Technology, Automotive Technology, Precision Engineering, etc.

Although we have achieved a breakthrough in our organization’s milestone, we aim to further develop more OJT programmes in career coaching to ensure successful learning outcomes and to provide new and better services to our customers.
