Past week has been a very rewarding time for PEAK HQ management team. We came together for a 3 Days Off-Site Management Retreat and celebrated our achievements, reviewed our collective performance based on our annual targets and strategized for the coming year.
As an evolving organization, adaptation is the core of our mandate and it can be challenging having a water-tight work plan. By making room for the emerging themes around the business, we added #Sustainability as a key theme all across our service portfolio. Aligning our goals towards #Sustainable business practices will keep us remaining true to our core values.
In the coming years, we will be formulating meaningful partnerships, collaborations and innovative solutions through our Sustainability Committee under the guidance of our General Manager-Benedict Koh BBM. By doing so PEAK’s intent to contribute to a broader vision; the Singapore Green Plan 2030 to advance Singapore’s national agenda on sustainable development.
Management Retreat was fun, relaxed and an uber-productive way for PEAK management team to re-unite, re-focus and re-energize. The team is looking forward to the next steps in being more innovative in our bid to provide sustainable Integrated Facilities Management solutions to our present and future clientele.
